West Gümüşlük

Our boutique project, located in Bodrum's Gümüşlük district, comprises 10 villas, designed to respect nature, fit the site, and avoid obstructing each other. Expansive windows, which bring this magnificent view into the interior, and seemingly endless infinity pools, allow you to fully experience nature and the sea.

vmarin turgutreis

Located on a spacious plot of land within walking distance of the sea in the heart of Bodrum's Turgutreis district, this project, with 170 duplex apartments and large gardens, was designed as a living space rather than a residential complex. With extensive landscaping, social areas, and children's playgrounds, we've created an environment where people of all ages can enjoy their time together.

Valeron

Our Valeron project, comprised of 98 independent units, was designed on a spacious site. The sloping topography allowed the blocks to be positioned without obstructing each other's views, creating a spacious atmosphere. The complex includes social spaces for different age groups, including a mini golf course, a children's playground, and walking and cycling trails. Additionally, each block is accessible by car, simplifying daily life for residents.

Beyvilla

Unlike all other projects, Beyville is a 54-villa project featuring organic farming and a horse track, with both twin and detached villas each with a pool. This project, nestled within nature, features spacious gardens and private living spaces for each villa.

Ekser Ekşioğlu Project

This project, designed in Bodrum's Yalıkavak district, features 15 detached villas. Each villa is positioned to offer a full sea view. By oriented towards the sea from different angles, we aimed to provide users with a panoramic view at every moment of the day.

Gundogan Project

This project we designed in Gündoğan features seven detached villas. Each villa has its own independent entrance, prioritizing individual living over the complex layout. The villas were positioned so that they didn't interfere with each other's views, allowing for sea views from every room. The spacious gardens provide the project with both freedom and a living space immersed in nature.
